How it Works

Finding your perfect home is time-consuming and tricky, particularly if you are new to an area or are simply too busy to look. As an independent adviser I work with you to make the process as simple as possible.

Consultation

Duringthe initial discussion with all of our prospective clients, we fully discuss our service and and talk through individual needs.

Our detailed consultation means we can begin your property search armed with as much information as possible to minimise the path to purchase.

The Search Begins

This is where you let me do what I do best — sourcing properties that precisely meet your requirements.

I continue previewing and accompanying you to suitable properties until you have found ‘the one’.

Negotiations

So, we have found ‘the one’. What next? It is now my job to negotiate the best possible price and terms.

Once the negotiated offer has been accepted, only the relevant clients details will be passed onto the prospective properties agent to proceed with the purchase.

As I have driven around the peaks locating properties for my clients, the gorgeous colours of the extended autumn have been breathtaking, adding another dimension to the wonderful Derbyshire peak district. I’ve visited some lovely properties with fantastic features, ideal for those looking to relocate or purchase a second home. Many of the homes in the true peak district stone style that is always timeless and inviting. As the nights draw in what better than curling in front of your own stone open fireplace or log burner as the snow gently falls, or even a visit to one of the many local pubs serving great ale and food.
